J/J got a new boat and not a single pic has been posted.  Methinks he needs to get on that!

Golf is for guys whose wives won't let them buy a bass boat

Bass Fishing is like Church, many attend - Few get it.

Well, He went black and isn't looking back......  Really nice boat, that pic does not show the true color, Malibu silver,  a black base with silver/gold polyflakes in it.

Matches well with the Bronco

Oh I can easily disprove that "and has storage capacity to take on more tackle than you will ever own" statement...

Yea, you might fill those caverns, but you'll never use most of it  LOL....

I filled mine , and probably don't touch 50 % of the stuff in there. took a while, but you can fill them.
Going to take a day and empty all mine, take everything out I have not used in a few years and get rid of it, probalby lighten the boat up by 50 pounds at least.

And give away those rods that you never caught a fish on too.

Nah, the rods are light ....and you always need some backups.

But probably could take 3 or 4 out as they have not seen light in a few years.

Rod sleeves on them are nice, you can stack a lot of the back ups on the rod locker floor under the rod racks.

bruce,
i've stepped out of the seventies.  the boat is almost colorless. lol.
rides a lot different than the disco champion.  not as "easy" to drive through the ruff stuff.  now that i have a few days of driving under my belt though, i've figured out how to drive over waves instead of through them.

so far, i'm digging the boat quite a bit.  only problem is that the boat doesn't seem to like to have fish over 15" in the livewell.  lol.

oh, and i've barely put a dent in the storage.

Are you re-carpeting with lime-green shag over the winter?
