Well I finally did it.  My knees and hips are killing me trying to stand on the T/m, I hope  this helps.  Easy job, took about 1 1/2 hours.  This is a Troll Well, made of fibreglass, comes in gel coat or just about any flake color to match you boat's color scheme.

Cut the hole.

Set in the tray.

Ready to  go.

took you an hour and a half to cut a hole and put in some screws!?

you must work like me.

open box
(drink beer)
assess situation
(Drink beer)
measure
(drink beer)
cut hole
(drink beer)
put tray in
(drink beer)
Find drill
(drink beer)
charge battery for drill
(drink multiple beers)
close one eye and use drill to screw in the screws that dont disappear when you close that eye
