That's a very good concise review.  Another way to get a more in depth study is to take one of the safe boater courses out there.  Even if you have your certificate (and everybody should get certified even if you don't have to), taking the course again is a great review.  Many or most of the courses let you go through them and you only pay when you take the test.  If you already have your certificate, you obviously don't have to take the test again.
