upper bay caution...

this is a cut and paste from a post on bbc...


Just a heads up for anyone that plans on being in the upper Cesapeake bay region this weekend. The Susquahanna river is at flood stages above the Conowingo dam. At tis time there is 20+ flood gates open. This is causing flooding below the dam in to Port Deposit area and also large quantities of debie in the lower Susq. river and the Susq. flats area. As the tides move in and out this debrie will move all arounf the flats, North East river and make its way into the upper bay area. It is common for this debrie to make its way down the bay to other areas like the Sassafras, Bush, and other areas.


doc, be careful if you take your "new" engine out for a spin on the northeast.
