Title: noodle got Burglarized (edited for the lawyer)
Post by: bfitch on November 11, 2008, 11:33:59 AM
so, im down at the Eagles game sunday, watching a heartbreaking loss. well i get back to my truck and get a little surprise. my door isnt shut all the way, and my GPS (which was in the center console) is gone. Scumbags jammed a screwdriver through the door right under the lock on the door handle, and popped the lock.  must have been in a hurry though, they left my big knife, my ipod, and (thank god) my boat keys  .

what i wouldnt give for 5 minutes with these aholes  :13:

my second cousin got broke into almost the same way 4 or 5 years ago. they got a gun from him though, alittle worse then a GPS.

Thats it, they should ban all screw drivers instead of guns

Technically, you didn't get robbed.  Robbery occurs by force or threat of force.

No Dave.  It was not a "parking lot robbery".  It must be force or threat of force against a person or if a vehicle is stolen or taken from another person in the presence of that person or someone having lawful possession of a motor vehicle then you have "Robbery from a Motor Vehicle"  (Section 3702 of the Crimes Code).

I hate theives.  But as for the Beagles - I watched them at work, no beer, had a nice hoagie, some Pepsie, and had free parking, a nice warm room and a comfy chair AND GOT PAID a huge amount of $$$$ while doing it.  Well it's all true except the "huge amount of $$$$" part, I put that in for Pillager, because he's alway concerned about the money!

i think i've had to replace at least one window on every vehicle i've owned while living in this town.  nothin gets the old blood boiling like getting your car "robbed."

shillins, sorry to hear about your day too.
you guys both should have been on the water.
