Title: Fair day at Blue Marsh 8/20
Post by: bassboogieman on August 22, 2009, 05:42:19 AM
Went to Blue Marsh Thursday morning.  Took my nephew along - who's never caught a smallmouth bass.  I thought Blue Marsh would offer the best possibility locally, as I don't know any spots on the Susquehanna River.  We did OK for the "dead sea".   He finally cought his fisrt smallie, and this one really got him excited.

Looks like 83 in the background where the road goes over one of the lake arms.

Dave - I won't confirm or deny your guess as to the location.  But it is now one of my spots on Blue Marsh.  I doubt even Chigger reallly knows where it is, he usually jsut lays claim to the entire reservoir.
