Title: Mini Rally on North East River 11/14 or 11/15
Post by: Xm Sean on October 21, 2009, 08:31:27 PM
Attention all within the sound of my voice!!! :undecided:

I am having a Mini Rally on the North East River on November 14th or 15th...
All are invited to attend. If you have any questions feel free to Email me at Bup4ever@aol.com

Remember.... Just because it is cold out does not mean the fish aren't biting....

Here is the info:

Entry fee is $50 Per Person
You may fish solo or with a rider
Launch time will be Safe light.... 6:15-6:30
5 Fish Limit
Minimum fish 12"
Check in will be at 2:00(must be inside  the first large boat dock as you get back into the marina area)
Weigh in will take place after your boat is wiped down and the scales are setup.
Payout will be 3 spots(attendance permitting) and Lunker

After weigh in is complete there will be a raffle for a Dobyns rod of your choice form the Dobyns website WWW.Dobynsrods.com (http://www.dobynsrods.com) This was donated by AL from BassBoat Central. There maybe a few other items but nothing else set in stone.

How the raffle will work....

Raffle tickets will be for sale and a winner will be drawn for each item. Some people that can not make it may want to be in on the raffle as well and i told them that if they send me the $$ ahead of time i will put tickets in the basket with there name on it. All money raised will go to the 2010 BBC Maryland Rally checking account to help bring the costs down.

Tickets will be for sale at $2 a piece, or 7 for $10, or 15 for $20 If we have anything else to raffle off you can use the same tickets to try and win those items.

Please let me know what day you prefer  because we are trying to get as many guys there as possible.

I had around 30 fish on Sat  most came on crank baits and short....
the big fish was caught on a jig flippin docks..It was the first time i have ever fished down there that we didn't have at least 3 events going out of the ramp, it was a blast

They were all out in full force on Sunday. if i had to guess i would say 60+ boats came out of Anchor that day.... It was tough to get on many spots but when you did you were the 5th boat to pass over the spot... Weather was Great though!! I'll take a day like that with 120 boats in November any day.

We got several bites on cranks but also did well with 4" senkos on the docks as well.
