The Feds should just put a BOUNTY on cormorants everywhere - it'd be cheaper and a few extra bucks in a fisherman's pocket wouldn't hurt the budget either.

They wouldn't need a bounty.  Just declare open season during the peak period on the lake.  Warn the boaters.  The problem is, some butt heads would shoot when and where they shouldn't, and someone would get hurt.

I'd bring my shotgun and a few hundred shells up.   Bet I could bag quite a few in one day.
