I have 360 SQFT of this flooring left over from my Basement finishing job at my house.
You can install without grout lines or with. It is a glue down 12"x24" mixed color flooring. it is very forgiving as far as an uneven floor like a basement and even better on a truly flat sub straight.

It costs about $5 a SQFT just for the flooring. It will come with the Adhesive, underlayment(300sqft coverage(can be glued down without underlayment but suggested in basements)), and specialized grout for this product(gray).
If purchased at the store this is over $2000 in flooring and accessories
All you have to do is buy their trowel.
$800 for everything.
