Be aware that the old Woodrow Wilson Bridge pilings, just north of the new bridge are no longer visible, but are a gnarled mess of rebar and irregular concrete chunks, just below the surface in many spots! These are NOT marked in any way&except by the lower units recently lost in this area! They should be marking this area soon! And they will be removing the hazards as well!"

These are now marked by a large teal Ranger bass boat w/ a banged up 250HP Mercury. The hapless driver lodged the boat hard into the rebar and concrete, so you should be able to avoid this spot more easily.
