Whippersnapper....

OK, OK, nice guy that I am......... you're talking short bed, or full size (harder to find)?  My brother-in-law works for D'Ambrosio Dodge and often gets "worthless" parts off of trade-ins or damaged vehicles brought in for repairs.  NO PROMISES, but I'll ask.  Are you in a hurry or is this so you have a place to sleep at the Potomac?

Darn, I've been hangin' around with you guys too long.  Ordered a cap for my truck, should be ready in a couple weeks.  Man, I am looking forward  to sleeping in the back of the truck - no more cushy beds in a motel room, air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter.  Now I'll be "roughing" it like all the young guys -  - yeah, right.  But at least my stuff will be a little more secure, and stay dry when traveling without jamming up my back seat.  You're right again Irv , should have done this when I bought the truck.

I gotta get a cap for the same reason, with a rack on top so I can tie rod tubes up there.  Damn bed is way too short.

You have a Dakota?  I forget.  There were a few USED ones where I ordered mine.  What color are you looking for, I can check when I pick mine up - if you're interested in used.  New, well that's no problem at all.

I'd be interested in used if it isn't all beat up.  Dark blue aluminum preferrably with a rack as I mentioned.
