Both Tracker and Nitro boats can be part of the Nitro Rewards programs, as long as they are eligible boat model years.

Must sign up each year to qualify. The membership expires December 31 of each year. Please register on the NITRO Rewards Membership website.

Must own a 2012 or later, new or used NITRO boat.

The boat must be within the last four model years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) to qualify for Maximum Payout.

Members must wear apparel displaying the NITRO logo while competing, and at weigh-ins. A photo during weigh-ins to confirm apparel compliance is required with claim submission.

Must display NITRO Rewards decal on driver's windshield/console of the boat.

The factory installed NITRO decals must be on the qualifying boat in the appropriate position. If the boat is wrapped, the decals must be put back in the same location and must be visible.

It is recommended that anglers submit claims online for efficient processing.

Rich M and I hit up the Kent Island flea market over the weekend.  It was worth the trip.  First flea market I've ever seen with a fully operating bar and a guy pouring oyster shots at 9am!

2023 Hall of Fame  voting Results.

Only 1 player elected, former Phillies Third Baseman Scott Rolen. 
Fred McGriff
had previously been elected by the HOF Veterans Committee, so those two will be enshrined in Cooperstown this Summer.

Jeff Kent didn't make it in his 10th and final year on the ballot.  He will drop off the HOF yearly ballot
He'll now go to the Veterans Committee which votes every 5 years.

Players receiving less than 5% of the votes also drop off the HOF yearly ballot permanentley.


Candidates needed 292 votes ( 75 % )to be elected. Full BBWAA ballot results are below:

For those not familiar with our circuit. We have been running these Upper Bay Opens for 11 years.
Low cost entry with a chance to win decent cash and Sponsor prizes to the first 10 teams out of the money while fishing against some of the best tournament guys in the region.
Our Opens averaged 80 boats per tournament last season.

Cost per tournament is $ 100 per boat which includes the $ 10 Lunker pot. 1 or 2 anglers per boat.
5 fish limit, you can fish solo.
Pay 1 spot for every 10 boats.

The Side Option Pot is strictly voluntary and does not figure into the regular winnings from the normal $ 100.00 TX entry fee.

Once again this year CCBM will reward the overall top 6 point-accumulating teams for the 2023 Open tournaments with end of the season prizes. To be eligible one member must be signed up as the captain, and, along with any partner(s), his team accumulates points toward the year-end point total.

We will count points for 4 out of the 5 Points Opens toward final standings.

Chester County Bass Masters reserves the right to refuse participation in any and all club sponsored tournaments or events to an individual or group who has been disqualified from club or non-club tournaments or events for unsportsmanlike conduct. All entrance fees will be forfeited if adverse conduct occurs during a tournament or event resulting in disqualification.

2023 Baseball Hall of Fame Ballot

28 players were featured on the ballot, including 14 new additions to this year's ballot, each in their first year of eligibility.

Jeff Kent is the only player on the ballot entering his final year of candidacy, from the BBWAA vote.

In order for a player to make the Hall of Fame via the BBWAA vote, a player must received a vote from at least 75% of the baseball writers. Writers can vote for a maximum of ten players on their ballot.

The class National Baseball Hall of Fame class of 2023 will be announced Tuesday, Jan. 24.
