Today at Marsh Creek...

Got out for a while this afternoon.  Got a couple.  Nice day...

As I was leaving, John C (former member) was arriving.  John launched his boat, left his friend with the boat and went to park in the further lot.  All of a sudden, John is sprinting for the boat (tell tale sign of oops...).  Yes, he forgot to put the plug in.  He turned on the pump and ran back for the truck.  His plug is way underneath.  It was warm so I would have swam for it if it was mine.  Well, he did safely get the boat on the trailer, and it only took 10 minutes to drain and pump the water out.  All was well.

Oh, then... John backs the truck back down (plug is in) and gets out to undo the bow strap.  As he gets out of the truck the truck keeps going, forgot the break...  Well he was able to jump back in and stop it in time.
