Doesn't get any better.  Winners were father/daughter team.  They had 4 fish - she dropped one onto the parking lot just prior to me snapping this picture.  Fish survived - as did ALL fish brought to the scales.  16+ pounds and a little more than 3 pounds over the second place team.  Great turn out for this event.  Hats off to every one that helped get this going.  A lot of time and effort went into this.  I would have liked to have fished it, but boat problem prevented that.  I did get lucky in the raffle - won a custom made Bob Cazzile casting rod, commorating this event.

And Joe Morganto also ....He must have made a hundred trips in his golf cart  taking guys to weigh in fish and back to their boats......

Thanks for the rides Joe......
Golf is for guys whose wives won't let them buy a bass boat

Bass Fishing is like Church, many attend - Few get it.

Pillager

I read in Dave Kilby's email that the first and second place teams both donated their winnings back to the fund.   That's as classy as it gets.

It pays to be an optimist.  Even if you are wrong, you are happy about it.
