Tri County Junior Bassmaster member Joe Todd won the state championship in the junior division on 3 Rivers.  32 competitors, 16 boats.  Thanks to you guys for helping out throughout the year.

I believe he is eligible to go to the FLW Jr. National Championship next year.  Way to go, Joe!
