11/14/09 flats results for the aba division 9

We had another full field with 23 anglers that ignored the doom and gloom forecast and showed up for a great day on the water.
It was damp all day and we did have a slight breeze but and cloud cover.
We had the water to ourselves as the other event planned for the day was postponed.
Water temps were 52* with the normal visibility.
we had 9 limits come to the scales and had some very impressive weights, including a few that are near the top weights in the ABA for the 2010 season.. We also had 3 anglers that made the trip up from division 11 on the Potomac one driving up from Virgina.
this is one of the great things about the ABA your membership allows you to fish any event across the country and have your points count towards the nationals.
