Not sure if it's Tackle Warehouse or 13 Fishing

About a week before Nanticoke I bought a 13 Fishing Omen Black 7'6" casting rod to replace one of my others I received it 2 days before the tournament I got the rod and the tip was bent back towards the butt of the rodand the side supports were flared out in either direction no big deal I'll send it back and get another. Today I received the replacement and it was wrapped in bubble wrap the butt was tapped to the end cap to prevent it from sliding in the tube jus like the previous rod and again the tip is bent back at this point I'm just going to replace the tip with a fuji torzite rod tip.
