You need to have the pictures on a website - like shutterfly.  If you do then in shutterfly bring up the picture / right mouse click / box appears / click properites / copy / return to message box on this site, click on image (second icon from left on bottom row, under it I / message box will show : img img in brackets / put curser between the brakets and click paste - you are done.

easier way to do it. if the pictures are on your computer, go to tinypic.com. hit upload, find your picture, upload it. then theres a little box there that has something to the likes of [img]http://"something in here[ /img]. click in that box copy it on here and youre done.
